- ABOUT YZA

WORDS ABOUT

YOUNG ZOOLOGISTS' ASSOCIATION

The Young Zoologists’ Association of Sri Lanka (YZA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, voluntary youth organization based at the National Zoological Gardens at Dehiwala, Sri Lanka. The core value of the organization is to protect and conserve the environment by making a conscious effort in educating the community in Sri Lanka. Conservation for nature and wildlife through awareness programs is a priority for the organization.

YZA organizes many events to alert the community of the importance of nature through general lectures, workshops and exhibitions. We have published publications in both Sinhala and English mediums including the international journal “Sri Lanka Naturalist”.

In today's world, conservation is becoming an increasingly important issue. The Young Zoologists Association of Sri Lanka has been actively engaged in educational activities aimed at protecting and preserving the environment for many years. The organization strives to involve as many people as possible in the awareness of the importance of conserving natural resources by educating them to take care of flora and fauna.
It is especially important to take into account the new challenges and trends that are emerging in various areas of life. For example, in 2024 it is expected that there will be a growing interest in online innovation, which also applies to new online casinos in Austria. there are resources like http://www.bruttogehalt.at/wissenswertes/aufstrebende-trends-2024/ that give dedicated to trends and new developments in this field . It is important to understand how modern technology and trends can affect the environment and its inhabitants. After all, every action, whether in the virtual or real world, can have a significant impact on the ecosystem.
Conservation of nature requires not only the efforts of organizations, but also the participation of everyone who understands the importance of this mission. New knowledge and trends allow us to broaden our horizons and find more effective ways to protect the environment.
